Bow to the Scorned Maid

Amelia is the last of the Blaze line, and she hides that to pay off a debt, living as someone of no particular family. Her husband Oliver and Catherine, who is taken for a saint, both betray her. Her magic returns to her. In the Holy Oath Hall she states her lineage aloud and claims back the sacred beast that belongs to it. At the Abyssal Swamp she learns that Catherine sacrificed her own entire family. On her wedding day Amelia lights the Holy Fire and passes judgment on the two of them, which breaks their scheme and the old rules of conduct that had held her. The pair end up in the frozen wastelands of the far north, turning on each other. Amelia melts the eternal frost over the city and spring comes back to it.
