Turns out short-form period dramas do just fine as long as the plot keeps moving. The FL's glow-up arc rips along through the first half, and the ML switching between black hair and white hair is a whole vibe 👌

Genuinely funny for once. The fake lovemaking bits and the sidekick's timing had me cackling, even if the third-act melodrama nearly undoes it.
As a military family member: he'd be a Marine, not a soldier, the collar should be buttoned all the way up, no service bars or rank on that enlisted top, wrong trousers and shoes, and he's outside without his cover. The uniform department just gave up.

Andrew has deep emotional issues, he always knew he loved Rosalyn and never once asked who Teddy was. I might be the only viewer glad they still ended up together. It's fiction, let me have this one.
She's got an actual backbone and that's exactly why I stayed. Love a lead who stands up for herself 👌
