Taming the Ice Prince

Two families have arranged a marriage between their children, and the arrangement carries an expectation of a child. Under it Elliot moves into Fredric's house and is expected to bear his child. She has been in love with him since high school, five years by now. Fredric has a stepmother, and he takes Elliot for a spy the stepmother has planted in his home, so he is cold to her and makes things hard for her at every turn. He does not know that during the lowest stretches of his life she was the one quietly helping him. When Elliot decides to leave, Fredric realizes he has fallen in love with her.
