I'm Not Your Typical 70s Housewife

In a novel set in an earlier era, a woman named Grace Song wants to be married to a man with rank. She sets her sights on William Hay, who holds a government post, and she works at him until he marries her and she enters the Hay household. Then the Hay family is framed. William loses his post and is sent to the countryside to labour, and Grace leaves him. A college student from the present day wakes up inside that Grace, three months pregnant with William's child, and she knows how the book goes from here. The next thing the Grace on the page does is abort the baby. After that she marries a man who beats her, and her life with him is miserable.
