More Than Meets The Eye

Synopsis

Kate Lewis is raised by her mother, who supports the two of them by collecting scrap. Kate finishes a doctorate. She then brings her mother to court, and does it ten times. The rulings go against her, and she is condemned across the country once the case is reported. Her only comment on any of it is one sentence: "What you see isn't always the truth." A further hearing opens, and the account of events given there does not match what had been reported of the earlier ones.

You Are My Antidote

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
