Once a General, Now Her Shield

Augustine has been drifting for ten years and barely reacts to anything. A girl named Yolanda, about his daughter's age, crosses his path. Jareth, who deals in organs in the underworld, has picked her out to have hers taken. Augustine steps in. Doing that means crossing several powerful families, and the fight puts him in front of people like Lucifer and James. He was the Guardian General of Great Xia once and drove back the seven-nation alliance. Stefan accused him of treason and threatened everyone close to him, so he gave in and vanished. Among the people now paying attention to him, his identity has started to come out.
