Who's the Useless One Now?

Ethan Blake married into the Bennett family as the live-in son-in-law, and the house has run on that ever since. Olivia Bennett is seeing another man, and her mother Linda gives the orders. The one other person there with no standing is Robert Walsh, and the family then learns that Olivia is not his daughter by blood. Robert stops hiding what he is, which is a healer and a warrior of the first rank. Ethan is called in to treat Old Mr. Clarke around the same time, and the way he does it identifies him as the heir to the Healing Patriarch. The warriors answer to a Dragon King, and that is him as well. The money in it is a bid that Olivia and Linda have arranged from the inside with people outside the family. Separately, Voss, the warrior, is moving against Ameria itself. Ethan takes up both of those with the standing he had been keeping to himself, and Robert is on the same side of it now.
