The Legend of Sixty

Robin attends the top preparatory class at the leading high school in the capital and finishes last. A score control system holds him to exactly 60 out of 100 on every exam he takes. His classmates mock him, his family looks down on him, and his childhood friend Chloe pays attention to his older brother instead. During a mock exam, a teacher hands out the National Academy of Sciences membership entrance test by mistake. Robin scores 60 on it. The school principal and the head of the Academy conclude he has been hiding what he can do. His family does not accept the result. His father uses violence against him and moves to give the Academy place to Robin's older brother. Robin states what happened at a banquet in front of everyone, and his family puts him out of the house. He turns down the Academy's invitation and sits the national college entrance exam instead. The Academy director sets the maximum score on that exam to 60. Robin scores 60 in every subject and places first in the country. He joins the Academy. A year later he solves controlled nuclear fusion and is called its father. When he goes back, his father asks him to come home and Chloe tries to make peace with him.
