Synopsis

Ava's artificial heart is failing when she runs into her first love, Adrian. Five years ago, she was forced to leave him. Her mother had Ava’s real heart ripped out to save her supposed daughter, Madison. Worse, Adrian still believes Ava simply abandoned him, and he’s now about to marry Madison. But when he learns why Ava really left and what Madison did to her, the wedding begins to fall apart.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
