Heavenly Sword, Mortal Fate

Ren Wushuang wrote the sword manuals other swordsmen train from, and he founded the Heavenly Sword Ranking that places them. Pursuing a higher sword path cost him three reincarnations. The third puts him in the body of Ethan Ouyang, the second son of the Ouyang Sword Sect, the foremost sword school of the Eastern Province. Ethan has no talent for the sword, so his father set him aside and the other students beat and mocked him. His mother has begged for medicine to keep him alive and taken humiliation for it. With the Sword Saint's memory now in him, Ethan trains again from the bottom, and what he does with the sword is aimed first at getting his mother out of that house.
