Why Did My Dead Husband Return?

The bride was widowed on the night of her wedding. Her husband's family ordered her to be buried alongside him. She went to her husband's younger brother, a cultivator who carried prayer beads and kept to celibacy, and stayed close to him until he broke his vows and took up with her. Her husband then came back alive. The reported death, the burial order and the push toward the brother had all been arranged by him, and what he wanted was the Buddhist relic held inside his brother's body. By then the brother had abandoned his practice, and the three of them were living in the same house.
