Marry the High Priestess

Emma lost her own family young and was taken in by a clan of shamans, who raised her as their high priestess and taught her the incantation arts they use for healing. A disaster was coming that would kill her if she stayed where she was, so she went down from the mountain to find Ricky, the man she had been promised to since childhood. She arrived at his house on the day of his funeral. Emma told the household that his years were not used up. Nobody wanted the coffin opened, so she put her own life against being wrong, had it opened, and got him out. Then she asked him to marry her. After the wedding she worked back through how he had come to be in that coffin and found the plot behind it, along with a man going about under a name that was not his. Ricky had a head for business that he had kept out of sight. The two of them set about avenging the family together.
