Synopsis

A fire brings a building down with Emma's daughter Cindy pinned under the rubble. Emma calls for help. Tim, Emma's husband, is on the emergency crew that answers, and Ashley pulls him away toward her own daughter Megan instead. He goes. Cindy dies in Emma's arms while he is gone, and he does not know it has happened. Emma has money that Tim and Ashley know nothing about. She uses it, with a lawyer friend named Ryan, against the two of them and against everyone else who had a hand in what happened to Cindy.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
