The Extraordinary Mother of a Billionaire

Susan has waited tables in a small country restaurant her whole life and raised Roger on her own. Roger is now chairman of WestDream, a group worth trillions, and he wants to do something for her, so he brings her to the city for her birthday and to meet Vivian, the woman he is going to marry. Vivian's cousin Lisa sees an ordinary woman in cheap clothes moving around a place she does not belong in, decides she is a thief, and humiliates her in front of everyone. Vivian does the same thing later for her own reasons, treating her future mother-in-law as a con artist who has attached herself to the family. Susan keeps trying to explain who she is. Nobody listens to a word of it, because the explanation sounds exactly like what a fraud would say. This goes on until Roger arrives and puts a stop to it, and the room understands that the woman they have spent the day insulting is his mother. Roger sets about making the people who did it answer for it and getting his mother's standing back.
