Synopsis

High school star student Eleanor Vance has been best friends with Leo Carter for 16 years, until he knocks her out and ties her to a goalpost as a “prank” to impress the popular girl Savannah. Humiliated in front of the whole school, Ellie transfers to California without a word. There, she finds real friends, academic success, and a caring new boyfriend. Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
