After I Swapped the Marriage, the Commander Regretted

Seraphina spent her whole first life loving Commander Rion. At the end of it, the last thing he asked her for was that she give Leila back to him. She dies with that. Then she is alive again, at a point before any of it happened, and she stops wanting him. The Dragon Lord's bride is to be chosen, and the position was meant for Leila, so Seraphina takes it instead and lets Leila have the marriage she was going to be given. Rion is told nothing. He goes on assuming Seraphina will be his wife, and he treats her the way he did before, dismissing her, wounding her in small ways and large ones, secure in the belief that she will still be there. Seraphina does not correct him and does not explain. She prepares for a husband nobody wants, one who is spoken of with fear. The wedding comes. Rion lifts the veil expecting the face he has been careless with for two lifetimes, and Leila is looking back at him.
