Lydia Wynn's family throws her out on the day she gives birth, which is also the day she learns she is pregnant. She is a college student. The night before, she lost her way on a mountain and walked into an old castle, and she spent the night with the wolf king who lives in it. He marked her on the neck as his mate. At the hospital the next morning a doctor tells her she is three months along. She has barely walked out with the test results when her belly starts to grow, and by the end of the day there is a baby. Her family wants nothing to do with her.
