Freed Mutant VS Ancient Sea Dragon

A file from 1999 records a project called Eclipse. One of the scientists on it, Gu Qinghan, injected himself with the genes of an ancient creature. He was the only one on the project to come through it. He was then held in a cell on the sea floor. In the winter of 2125 an explosion goes off in a trench in the Pacific. An eye opens under the water, a whirlpool takes in everything above it, and a black dragon comes up out of the trench and into the sky. Fleets go down and satellite contact stops. The Global Federation convenes. Electromagnetic equipment will not lock onto the animal and nuclear weapons cannot be aimed at it. The dragon crosses onto the continent and puts tsunamis across it. The Dragon Nation produces the 1999 file and orders Gu Qinghan brought up. Other creatures on the sea floor have begun to mutate.
