OMG! Rickshaw Boy Is a Spy?

Dylan Hanks pulls a rickshaw in a port city where the gangs run the docks and the police work for whoever pays. One day an intelligence system wakes up in his head, feeding him things he has no way of knowing. He uses it to spot an ambush and pull Jerico Lee, who heads the Cherico Gang, out of it alive. Jerico takes him on. Working from the inside, Dylan digs up how Tina Foster's daughter really died, and the fallout hands him the Great Fortune Casino. Tina keeps digging on her own and learns Jerico had a hand in the death. She comes to Dylan and tells him to kill Jerico, and makes clear what happens if he refuses. Jerico, meanwhile, has quietly moved Dylan's parents to San Feria, which is both a favour and a leash. Dylan is caught between the two of them with his mother and father in a city he cannot reach. The longer he moves between the gang boss and the crime queen, the more he sees of what the money in the port is built on, and the more the fortune he has accumulated looks like something he is holding for other people.
