Oops! I Kissed The Wrong Twin!

A man who married into a rich family arranges for his son to marry the family's daughter, who is lying in a coma. The son is poor and works an ordinary job. He signs the marriage papers and decides he will wait for her to wake, divorce her, and go and find someone he actually loves. The wife has a twin sister. She comes to his company to find out what kind of man he is, and he takes her for his wife. She keeps up the act. The mix-up runs for some time before he finds out there are two of them, and when he does he regrets the mistake. By then the sister has started to fall for him and he has feelings for her. The wife wakes up not long after he learns the truth, and he is still married to her.
