Revenge in the Golden Cage

Bai Zhi has nothing and a list of people she intends to take revenge on. On it are the richest man in Jing City and the stepmother of her closest friend. That friend is Su Tian, born into a wealthy family that has since collapsed, and the two of them agree to work together. Their target is Zhou Congye, an older man and the wealthiest figure in Jing City's circles, who appears on the list. Bai Zhi sets out to get close to him and uses everything she has. What follows is a run of confrontations in which each of them is trying to read the other. Zhou Congye is drawn in by how capable and quick she is, and he falls further as it goes on. The two of them get past the difference in class between them and end up saving each other.
