Synopsis

For three years, Bai Ran's relationship is held hostage by Wen Yi, her fiancé's childhood friend, who repeatedly uses self-harm to summon him away. When Wen Yi cuts her wrist at the engagement celebration and Pei Ji abandons Bai Ran yet again, Bai Ran finally ends the relationship despite his own threats of suicide. Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
