My Scar, His Debt to Pay

Rachel and Ethan were trapped together in a war zone, and they fell in love and married there. Rachel came out of it with a scar on her face that disfigured her, which she got while saving Ethan. When an evacuation came there was one place on it, and Rachel gave it to Ethan, who was injured. He told her he would come back for her. After he had gone she found out she was pregnant. Six years later Rachel returns to the country to save her daughter Sophie. Ethan, a doctor, married the daughter of his hospital's director after he got home and has a family with her. To keep his reputation and his standing he spreads lies about Rachel and Sophie. At this point Rachel's father, who had been missing from her life for years, finds her. He tells her she is the daughter of the chairman of the Harrington Medical Group.
