My Boss Is A Cyber-Daddy
Synopsis
Brooke works a job nobody at the office really notices. Outside of work she draws a webcomic full of explicit scenes under a different name, and it has built a large following online. For months she has also been messaging a man she has never met in person, and the two have grown close through nothing but text. When she finally agrees to meet him, he turns out to be Victor, the CEO of the company she works for, a man the whole office describes as cold and impossible to read. Brooke realizes that if he finds out she is the artist behind the comic, or that she is the woman he has been writing to, she could lose her job on the spot. She starts covering her tracks at the office, dodging questions, changing her habits, doing everything she can to keep her two identities apart while Victor keeps showing up in places she did not expect him. Around the company he has a name for going through women and dropping them without a second thought, and Brooke takes this at face value, assuming it explains why he never settles on anyone. It later comes out that the playboy reputation was never real. Victor built it deliberately, piece by piece, as part of a plan to get close to her without her guessing who he actually was.

Ratings & Reviews

Woman writes spicy webcomics about a man she's never met, then gets hired by him, it's exactly as ridiculous as it sounds and I had a great time. The lead actress plays panic better than anyone in this genre; half the comedy is just her face when he gets too close to the truth. Loses a point for the last-act misunderstanding nobody needed.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<
