Codename Judge: Blood and Retribution

There is a formula for a new energy source that belongs to the state, and Tom Xavier's older brother died holding onto it. Tom is known as the Executioner in the overseas underworld. He comes home quietly, under a small name, to find out how his brother died and to look after the family he left behind, including his widow Yara Lowe. He takes a job in the household as a bodyguard. From there he breaks up the rival family's schemes, puts down their top fighter and the hired killers sent after him, and pulls apart the traps set for the family's business. Yara does not know who he is, and the two of them start out distrusting each other before that changes. Tom works his way toward the man who ordered his brother's death and toward getting the formula back where it belongs.
