Sorry, We're Taking Future Lords

Modern best friends Tao Ruoyun and Bai Susu unexpectedly transmigrate into a famine-fleeing novel as cannon fodder supporting characters, each marrying brothers of the Xiao family. To escape the fate of being exploited to death by the original female lead, the two women strategically feign discord while secretly joining forces to reverse their fortune. Tao Ruoyun conquers the cold-faced hunter Xiao Yan (future general), while Bai Susu captures the scheming scholar Xiao Chuan (future prime minister). Facing barbarian pursuits, resource scarcity, and inner-court disputes, they leverage modern wisdom to hoard grain, seize wealth, and outwit extremists, advancing step by step through chaos. While struggling for survival, they also seduce their husbands and carve out a path of self-reliance and independence.
