A Blind Date with my Mr. Meant-to-Be

Jessica was a single mother with no money and no support, and child services took her daughter Lola away from her. Years later she is introduced to James Parker, a billionaire, and marries him without knowing anything about his household beyond what he tells her. He has an adopted daughter named Zoe. Jessica settles into the house, gets to know the girl, and slowly works out from small details what Zoe's history actually is, until she is certain that Zoe is Lola, the child taken from her. Working out how the adoption happened brings up people who would rather it stayed buried, and there are threats aimed at the marriage and at the girl. Jessica has to decide how much to tell Zoe and when, while she and James deal with a betrayal inside their own circle.
