Tempting the Mafia Boss

An Jing is an orphan from a family that lost its money, and her aunt intends to sell her to a wealthy merchant. To get out of it she goes after one of her aunt's lovers, Qin Buxiao, the second-in-command of the strongest gang in the port city, planning to take enough money from him to study abroad and leave. Buxiao works out what she is doing and keeps her at his side. With the plan gone and the situation dangerous, she plays the obedient girl. Then she sees what he actually is. During a fight between gangs he puts his own body between her and the guns, and he arranges her overseas study application himself. He never hands it to her. His own gang turns on him, he is ambushed, and he goes into the sea. An Jing goes abroad to study. There she runs into Qin Buxiao again, and he has lost his memory.
