Fake Eunuch, Three Brides

Dylan Mercer is a eunuch in the palace of Daphonn, married off all at once to three women as a joke at his expense. Lord Cameron, a prince of a different surname, has killed the emperor and taken the throne, and the marriage is the last insult he can think of for the women: Julia Fisher, the orphaned royal heir, General Stanton, the woman who commands the Imperial Guards, and the consort Lauren Carlisle. Dylan came into this body from another time and brought with him a system that counts favorability points. He gets the three of them out of the Royal Chambers by force and takes them to Dreadfang, where he buys horses and recruits soldiers. From there he works his way back up against Cameron's men, and the three women come to want him.
