Wrath of the Dragon God

Nidhogg was the Dragon God. Twenty years after the Battle of the World Tree he gave up his divinity, moved to Skyfire City, and has been running a small restaurant and raising his daughter Fennica. Fennica is pushed into an arranged marriage with Joss, who wants her pure dragon bloodline. He bleeds her again and again and tells her that if she says anything he will kill her father. On the wedding day he drains every drop of dragon blood out of her and she goes under, breathing but as good as dead. Nidhogg has been swallowing his anger for two decades and stops. He puts the restaurant owner aside, calls his dragon army back, and goes after everyone who touched his daughter. Working through them takes him into the reason the World Tree war happened in the first place, which the Church and the Blood Clan arranged between them. All of it is in service of getting Fennica's blood power back and waking her up.
