Ethan Cole works with Iris Hart to find out who set him up, and she is working the same case for her own reasons, having lost her father to it. Before that Ethan was an apprentice learning massage and traditional medicine. A meteor fragment struck him and left him able to feel meridians, pressure points and old injuries through touch. He took the ability into an underground fight ring and beat the fighters there using massage technique. The ring is run by Yan Xu and his hunters, who draw blood from strong martial artists in a search for eternal life. Ethan is framed for murder and hunted by every sect. With Iris he traces the plot to Zhao Qiwen and beats him, and an older man guides him to what martial arts is actually for. They go into Yan Xu's lair, and Ethan uses his massage technique to seal the energy points of the man behind it.
