The Sixth Midsummer

Lin Wanyi and Shen Moqing are lovers in college, a perfect match in terms of talent and looks. Moqing loves Wanyi very much and is aware that she has a dream of becoming a star. Nearing graduation, Wanyi suddenly and inexplicably breaks up with Moqing and disappears from his world. For Wanyi, Moqing spends years searching for her, and saving up by slogging in the investment circle to come out on top. He then spends six years establishing Yixing Entertainment and becomes a prominent figure in the entertainment industry. When they reunite, Moqing targets her aggressively, with only one purpose from beginning to end—to keep Wanyi firmly by his side. Wanyi, on the other hand, only cares about her reaching the peak as an actress, giving her all in the entertainment industry. Because of an acting job, she even gets entangled with popular rising star Xu Siqi, provoking Moqing’s jealousy. Ultimately, Wanyi makes a name for herself as a top actress with her own efforts, and her relationship with Moqing blossoms as well.
