When Love Comes Knocking

Synopsis

Cheng Youyou seduces billionaire Fang Zhenhai to set him up, enlisting her adoptive mother Cheng Qiaoyun, who works at a hotel, to help. However, the scheme accidentally brings Cheng Qiaoyun and Fang Zhenhai together instead. Unaware, Cheng Youyou continues to believe she's pregnant with the billionaire's child. When Cheng Qiaoyun repeatedly warns her, Cheng Youyou misinterprets it as her mother trying to compete for Fang Zhenhai. Heartbroken, Cheng Qiaoyun is cast out of the family, while the Cheng family remains convinced they're about to climb the social ladder.
