Synopsis
Della has been married to Rhys for a year and he has stayed cold with her the whole time. She had loved him for years before the wedding, and she went into the marriage because Rhys's grandfather was seriously ill and wanted it. She has no family of her own to fall back on. Over that year she made herself small and kept trying, and it changed nothing, so she asks for a divorce. Only after she is gone does Rhys understand what he felt for her. He starts trying to get her back at the point when Della is building a life without him.
