Genesis has spent seven years hiding from her Irish mob husband Kiefer and his twin Tadhg. When Tadhg spots her in California, she flees, but Kiefer captures her. During the confrontation, she reveals that Kiefer’s sister Aoife and her friend Laoise pushed her down stairs, causing a miscarriage—while she was pregnant with twins. After Laoise’s rescue attempt and a final confrontation, Genesis kills her enemies and reconciles with her family, ending with new children and a restored bond.
