After Three Chances

Sophie Wells is due to give birth and has arranged a family photograph with her husband. He tells her the hospital needs him. He is at the photographer with Lily, the woman he loved first, and Lily's daughter. Sophie finds out and confronts him, and he keeps choosing them. She decides to give him three more chances for the child's sake. He moves Lily and the girl into the house instead. He stops cooking for Sophie and takes the two of them out to dinner. Lily sends Sophie a video meant to provoke her, Sophie's water breaks early from it, and her husband, instead of taking her to the hospital, stays with Lily and her daughter over some minor complaint. Sophie loses the baby. After that she files for divorce and goes back to the university place she gave up years ago. He works out too late what has happened and tries to stop her at the airport. They meet again at the hospital, and Lily manipulates him into misreading Sophie a second time. By the time he understands that Lily was behind all of it and cuts her off, Sophie has someone else.
