Hope Brought Him Back

William Campbell took Nora Summers for a woman who was after his money. Six years ago she was working in a bar, and one night she and William ended up in bed together. Someone had drugged him beforehand, and who did it has never come out. Afterwards he treated her as a gold digger and humiliated her for it. She left without saying anything and only later found out that she was pregnant with his child. She had the baby, a girl named Hope, and raised her alone. Hope looks exactly like William's younger sister, who is dead. Now Nora's uncle's family means to marry her off to a man in exchange for money, and she has nobody else to ask, so she sends Hope to find William. Hope chases his car down the road and tells him that bad people are about to take her mother away. William gets there in time. Once the two of them have straightened out what happened six years ago, they register their marriage at once. Her relatives keep coming back to squeeze money out of the couple, and Nora finds there is more to being married into the Campbell family than she expected.
