You Chose The Wrong Baby

Ji-woo was the woman Kim Do-yun had loved before he married, and by the time she was near the end of her pregnancy he was the one looking after her, inside the home he shared with his wife. Seo Eun-ha came back from an appointment at the obstetrician and found him on the bed, working oil into Ji-woo's belly. Eun-ha was pregnant too, after waiting a long time for it. Some while later she went into an allergic reaction bad enough to kill her. Do-yun locked her in the room and spent that time with Ji-woo instead, and Eun-ha lost the baby. Later Do-yun ends up in a position where he will not come through it without her. The decision is Eun-ha's to make.
