Too Late For The Billionaire Mother's Sorry

Twenty years ago Chloe's mother Grace was seriously ill. Chloe's grandfather would help on the condition that Chloe leave home, and she agreed to it. The car she was traveling in went off the road in a blizzard. She survived and lost her memory of everything before it. A boiler worker named Jack found her and kept her. He gave her the name Lena and raised her. Lena is grown when Jack is denied the pension he is owed. She goes after it, which puts her opposite Grace, who has money by now and no reason to give way. Grace does not recognize her, insults her, and makes the claim as hard to pursue as she can. Lena keeps at it. An old pendant from her childhood surfaces.
