Rule the Destiny Arena

In this universe the god summoners have all woken at once, and the Destiny Arena decides which nations keep their land. A country that loses gets carved up and swallowed by the winners. Each nation calls down gods out of its own culture, so Lenox fields the god of death and Sakura brings up the eight-headed serpent Yamata. Catharia has a problem: its cultural record was broken, five thousand years of civilization gone, and all it can raise are a river god and a few wandering ghosts. Ezra Lane arrived here from somewhere else and knows the things this world forgot. With Catharia about to be eliminated and its territory divided, he goes up onto the arena floor himself, lights three sticks of incense, and prays: a son of Catharia asking the Great God of the Three Altars and the Sea Assembly to come down and cut the foreign gods out of this ring.
