Synopsis
The Lowes have their real son back after twenty years and they treat the reunion as the return of someone weak who can be handled. He was somewhere much worse than a poor household in those twenty years and he has come back for what was taken. The adopted son who grew up in his place treats him as an obstacle. His sister calls him low-born. His parents work on his sense of obligation to them. He smiles at all of it and says nothing while he works out the order of things: "I will take back everything that is mine with my own hands, including the Lowe Empire you value most."
