My Script to Sweetness: Healing the Villain's Heart

Oliver Dawson is the villain of a novel, and the illness he carries brings on attacks that nothing settles. Cheryl Becker was partway through reading that novel when overwork killed her. She wakes up inside the book as the minor female character who has her name, and by accident she crosses paths with Oliver. His pain eases while she is near him, so he takes her back to his house and keeps her there to be looked after. When Cheryl comes round she tries to get out and finds the novel's hero hunting her instead. In the book she was reading, that hero kills her by chapter fifty. She turns back to Oliver, who is the one person able to keep her alive. She knows the whole plot and what every character will do next, and she uses it on the hero, taking one opening after another that the story had set aside for him.
