Synopsis
What Colette turns up in the course of her work was meant to stay buried. Once she has it, a hired killer is put on her. She reads the news for a living, and the one person standing between her and that killer is Luke, an agent, and the man she used to be with, who broke her heart. They spend the following days under gunfire and moving from one place to the next. The feelings the two of them had put away come back while they are trying to stay alive, and the old injuries come back with them. Other people with an interest in what she found keep getting closer.
