Synopsis

Cathy is the eldest Wen daughter and she is in love with Lucian, the household steward. Lucian has been hiding who he really is, and the point of it was to get close to her younger sister Claire. Cathy takes Claire's place in the arranged marriage instead and goes to Jin City to marry Jasper, the military governor they call the god of death. Lucian works out what he actually feels later, by which time Cathy has let the past go and is building something with Jasper.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
