One Punch? Lifesaving Bump!

Elena Lynn's younger brother Elias is hurt in an accident at a steel plant, and the surgery costs 300,000 yuan. Elena goes to the plant to collect his unpaid wages, mistakes Julian Grant, who is there looking at the plant as an investor, for the factory boss, and slaps him. The investment falls through. The factory boss, Wang, tells her there will be no compensation until she apologises. Julian has been carrying a sickness no doctor can name, and he has been told he will not live past New Year's Eve unless he is with a woman who carries a horse-shaped mark. When Elena comes to apologise he sees the mark on her shoulder. They spend a night together. He decides she is after his money and leaves her his personal seal as hush payment, an insult. Elena takes the seal to pay for her brother's operation, which confirms what he thinks of her. Her cousin Lily gets hold of the seal and uses it for herself, running up spending in Elena's name, and joins with the factory boss against Elena and her brother. The two of them are put out of the house. Elena finds she is pregnant. Elias, still ill, goes alone to the factory to protect his sister and is held there. Elena goes after him. Julian learns what actually happened and comes with the account of the money and the seal in hand.
