Synopsis
Ryan Carter's family keeps him at the bottom. He has real skill in martial arts and no standing to use it, so the household ignores him. Then he meets a girl who looks like his mother, who is supposed to be dead. The girl is engaged to the man Ryan is up against, so Ryan enters the contest for head of the family to get her out of it. During the election he is set up. His meridians are cut and he is left crippled. A recluse called Taosaint finds him and takes him in, and Ryan trains under him before going back for the people who did it.
