Mom Trapped, Child Avenger

Harper Shaw is back in the country for medical treatment. She is seriously ill, and her son has gone out looking for someone who can help her. The man he runs into is Joseph White, and Joseph is his father. Harper and Joseph were each other's first love. She was carrying his child when his grandfather, who had only this one grandson in three generations, decided a girl from a poor family was no match for the White heir and forced them apart. Joseph was in an accident soon afterwards. Harper never heard about it. She gave birth to twins, a boy and a girl. Her best friend took the girl at the birth without Harper knowing and later presented the child as Joseph's daughter and her own, to win him. The boy stayed with Harper.
