Overdrive: Rise of the Fallen

Quinn was the fastest woman on the circuit until a crash killed her, and she comes back in the body of Chloe, a daughter her family has cut off. The family still owns a driving school, badly in debt and about to fold. There is prize money in a race nobody sane enters, so Chloe takes her brother's place in it and drives a training car, the same dented thing learners use, and breaks the course record with it. That gets her signed to a proper racing outfit and it gets her noticed by the Greco family, who ruin her from inside the sport while she is still learning who to trust. Her brother is attacked and left in a bad way. Chloe has a technique from her old life that nobody has seen for years, a drift she never taught anyone, and she has been saving it. When the rival stable comes after the team that took her in, she uses it. What is left after that is whether she says out loud whose skill it actually is.
