Geez! I Have a Dinosaur Park!

Caleb was raised as a Sterling and raised to inherit like one. Then Justin, the family's biological son, turns up, and what the Sterlings hand Caleb instead is a zoo with no animals in it. He is still walking the empty grounds when he sets off something called the Jurassic System by accident and a triceratops hatches out of an egg. A streamer named Kira puts the animal in front of an audience and the place fills up. The Sterlings come back for the property once it is worth having, and Caleb runs them off with a T. rex. Poachers try the fence after that and get no further. The system opens up more animals, a diplodocus among them, and the Caldwell Group comes in with him to expand.
