See Through You

Penny Zook comes out of a coma that started with a car accident, and the accident was arranged. It was payback from Li Shaobai, who heads the rival Li company and had scores to settle with her family's group. The world she wakes into has been rearranged in her absence. The man sleeping beside her, Gu Jiayang, treats her as a stranger; he has been with his lover Yi Tingting the whole time, the two of them have been mistreating her daughter Bai Su, and together they are working to swallow the Bai family business. Her father's mind is gone. Staying in that house is not survivable, so with her daughter and Wang Ma, the family servant, she uses her medical condition as cover and hides herself in a hospital. Li Shaobai sees through the arrangement. The transfer of the Bai family shares is where it all comes to a head, and Li Shaobai walks in there holding hard evidence of what Gu Jiayang has been doing.
